Hainanese and Western Food @ Yeng Keng Hotel, Penang Chulia Street

I saw Yeng Keng Hotel for the very first time when my friend fetched me for lunch one day and we passed by Chulia Street. If I am the one who is driving, I don’t think I can notice it. Yeng Keng Hotel is located at the core of Georgetown, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Hardwicke House – BBQ & Buffet Restaurant @ Penang Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah

When Hardwicke House first open, I think of going due to the many forwarded emails are flying around, mentioning on the buy 4 free 1 buffet. However, I did not go. Later, Jason sent out an invitation on a review session for Hardwicke House. Of course, I am accepting the invitation.

Mary is the driver again for this food review session. We parked the car just in front of the restaurant (Free Parking!). Lunch Buffet is from RM18++ and Dinner Buffet is from RM38++. Dinner Buffet is come with the BBQ while Lunch Buffet without.

Ivy’s Kitchen @ Penang Chow Thye Road

Another food review arranged by Criz. Our destination for the review was Ivy’s Kitchen, located at 54 Chow Thye Road. Last month, there was a lunch review in Ivy’s Kitchen as well. I never attended but I have read the reviews by our food bloggers. This time, 6 of us were invited to try out the dinner instead.

Ko Fu Loft has a big banner in the main hall of Gurney Plaza. If you are taking the escalator, you will be able to see it. I have the chance to go for a food review together with all the food bloggers, thanks to Jian and Criz. If I am not mistaken, we have more than 20 people.

Miss Saigon Vietnamese Cuisine Restaurant @ Penang e-Gate

Steven called me the other day and asked me whether I am free for a food review in e-Gate. After browsing through my schedule, I am OK with the date. The restaurant that we are going for the review is Miss Saigon, a Vietnamese restaurant. I tried a few of the restaurants in e-Gate but I never try this one. We have more than 10 people for the review.
