Hi everyone! I am back.
Today, I am proudly present to you the homemade Sushi Roll and Nigiri from Yummy Station! I am addicted to Sushi making since I am back. I have been trying here and there to make it perfect. However, there are still a lot of improvements needed.
First Try
Before started, I have few rounds of shopping to get all the ingredients needed. I have no idea how many cup of rice needed since it is the first time on my own (Previously, tried 1 cup with my sister but it seems like it was too little). So, I tried with 2 cups of rice. It turned out to be too much rice! The ingredients I used are Nori, Tamago, Imitation Crab and Cucumber.
Chinese New Year is just 2 days away. Since the beginning of the month, we already can see the Chinese New Year Biscuit on sales. Everyone is busy doing the spring cleaning, baking the biscuit and shopping. Every year, I will bake the butter cookies and give them to my friends. This year will be a rush for me because I only have one day to do it, which is last Monday. Before start baking, I went to Tesco Hypermarket to get all the stuffs needed. Once done, the baking session begins.
It is very easy to bake the butter cookies. The ingredients you need are:
12 Oz Self Raising Flour
6 Oz Icing Sugar
6 Oz Butter
1 Egg
First of all, I want to welcome all my readers and thanks for visiting Yummy Station. After much consideration, I decided to launch Yummy Station on 28 August. 828, it is a nice number, isn’t it? 🙂
My loyal readers will know that I have posted many food posts in my another blog. However, that blog is a bit mess up and I wish to have a fully food blog. That is the reason why I have this blog.
I will transfer the food posts from previous blog to Yummy Station, but not all. I will make the decision on which posts to be transferred. All the transferred posts will be reviewed and (maybe) rewrite in a more professional way (Hahaha, I wish I am a professional food critic). In addition, I will add in the Google Map for the convenience of my readers.
