Hari Raya is just a month away. With this upcoming holy month of Ramadhan, Vistana Hotel is having the Buka Puasa Ramadhan with the Tok Wan 101 Recipes theme nationwide.

Let’s start with the Ulam-ulaman Tempatan (Local Salad): Ulam Raja, Ulam Pegaga, Daun Selon, Timun, Kacang Panjang, Kacang Botol, Petai, Tomato, Terung Bakar, Bendi, Kobis, Jantung Pisang and Daun kaduk are among the choices, together with different kind of sambal to eat with.

For all the Kerabu lovers, you will be happy to dine here. There are a total of 11 Kerabu available! Kerabu Ulam, Kerabu Mangga, Acar Jelatah, Tempe Ikan Bilis, Kerabu Sotong, Kerabu Ayam, Kerabu Taugeh, Kerabu Tuna, Kerabu Chicken Feet, Cucumber & Mint Raita and Cucumber Salad.

OK, it is Dessert time!!! The desserts are so tempting and good! I have a sweet tooth. I wish I can taste all of them but I was very full by that time!

Overall, I was shocked and amazed by the Vistana Hotel Chef and crew to get all the food ready. I never see a hotel to provide so many food in a buffet session! For only RM48++, it is a good place for buka puasa during the Ramadhan month. The Tok Wan 101 Recipes For Buka Puasa Ramadhan buffet is available from June 29 to July 27 2014. Don’t forget to make early reservation by calling 604-646 8000 to avoid disappointment as there are only 500 seats available in the ballroom.
