For a limited time only, Hotel Equatorial Penang is having its Lively Vietnam Buffet Dinner at Nada Lama Restaurant, from 18 to 24 August 2015, 6.30pm-10pm. Nada Lama Restaurant is located just near to the pool. If you know where Kampachi is, you will not miss it. One on the left and the other one on the right. It is very easy to spot on.
For the start, just head over to the salad and starters station. Fresh Vegetables and different kind of dressing can be found from the Salad counter.
For those who are lazy to make your own salad like me, you can proceed with the ready made salad. There are 6 of them for you to choose from: Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Sliced Beef, Duck, Cabbage & Banana Blossom Salad, Green Papaya Salad with Dried Shrimps, Steamed Rice Cake with Dried Shrimps, Radish Sprouts Tuna Salad and Watercress & Beef Salad.
The Green Papaya Salad with Dried Shrimps and Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Sliced Beef are the 2 items that you cannot miss.
From the Hot Buffet Selection, there are quite a number of dishes served: Steam Rice, Chicken & Egg Fried Rice, Vietnamese Style Stewed Beef, Vietnamese Stewed Chicken in Ginger, Stir Fried Angle Bean in Hot Garlic Sauce, Wok Fried Squid with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Deep Fried Eel with Tamarin Sauce, Fried Tofu stuffed with Fish Paste in Tomato Sauce, Stewed Prawn in Caramel & Fish Sauce, Grilled Duck Leg with Red Fermented Bean Curd and Stewed Red Snapper with Black Bean.
All the dishes look normal but the taste is really good. Personally, I like the Deep Fried Eel with Tamarin Sauce, Fried Tofu stuffed with Fish Paste in Tomato Sauce and Stewed Red Snapper with Black Bean. For the Deed Fried Eel, it is quite hard and chewy for some but the more I eat, the more I like it.
For Vietnamese food, how can we miss out the noodle and vermicelli? Don’t worry, both of them are covered in Lively Vietnam Buffet. There are stations for Chicken & Dried Bamboo Shoot with Vermicelli Soup and Rice Noodle with Beef.
After all the main dishes, you can start to have your dessert. Baked Cassava Cake, Cassava Cake with Fresh Coconut Slice, Jelly & Pomegranate Seed in Sweet Syrup, Green Bean with Seaweed in Syrup, Mung Bean Seed in Coconut Milk and Stewed Lotus Seeds and White Fungus. Of course, never forget about the coffee. There are espresso machines for single/double shot Espresso, single/double shot Black Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato and Milch.
It is not ended here. Japanese Cheese Cake, Suji Cake, Opera Cake, Cream Caramel, Chocolate Fudge Cake, Pineapple Crumble Cake and Bread and Butter Pudding are among those that are there waiting for all the desserts lover.
To end your buffet dinner, Ice Kacang and Ice Cream will be the best choice after all. You can make our own ice cream cone, top with your favorite ice cream flavor. There are chocolate, vanilla, coffee, yam, corn, and etc. For Ice Kacang, many toppings are there: raisins, chocolate chip, peanut, coconut slice, sweet corn, and so on. Yum!!
The Lively Vietnam Buffet Dinner is brought to you by the Vietnam Chef Tran Kim Hoang Trong and his team.
Overall, Lively Vietnam Buffet is very unique to me. I don’t really see many hotel is having the buffet dinner with Vietnamese food theme. Most of them are Western, International or Japanese. Too bad, the buffet dinner is only last for a week time, it is too short, in my opinion. It should have at least a month or at least 2-3 weeks time frame, instead of 1. Another thing, I think they should have a counter with Vietnamese Coffee instead. Vietnam is very famous for its coffee, they should have promoted it in this buffet, but sadly, there is none. Little disappointment here. For people who like Vietnamese food, just head over to Hotel Equatorial Penang to enjoy all the great Vietnamese food from the Vietnam Chef.
Lively Vietnam Buffet is priced at RM148 nett for adult and RM74 nett for child. Prices are inclusive of 10% service charge and 6% GST. For reservation, please call +604-6327073.

Now adding the homepage to my regular check rotation rather than waiting for individual links to find me, and a stop at softsummerfields confirmed the rotation upgrade, the move from passive discovery to active checking is a vote of confidence in a sites ongoing quality and this site has earned that active engagement clearly.
Now noticing that the post avoided the temptation to be funny in places where humour would have undermined the substance, and a stop at softmountainmart maintained the same restraint, knowing when to be serious is a rare editorial virtue and this site has clearly developed it through what I assume is careful editorial practice over years.

Now considering writing a longer note about the post somewhere, and a look at leafdawn added more material for that note, content that prompts me to write rather than just consume is content with generative energy and this site is producing that generative effect for me at a higher rate than most sources.
Worth pointing out the careful word choice in this post, no buzzwords and no jargon, and a look at robinshuteracing continued that disciplined vocabulary, sites that resist the pull of trendy language are sites that will read well in five years and this one is clearly built for that kind of long durability.
UFC Vegas
UFC Vegas 118 comes across as a stopgap card bridging the gap to summer blockbuster arena shows.
Now noticing the careful balance the post struck between confidence and humility, and a stop at premiumethicalgoods maintained the same balance, finding the line between asserting and admitting is hard and this site has clearly developed the calibration to walk that line consistently which produces a more persuasive reading experience for me.
A piece that ended with a clean landing rather than fading out, and a look at leafdawn maintained the same crisp conclusions, endings that resolve rather than dissolve are a sign of careful structural thinking and this site has clearly invested in how its pieces conclude rather than letting them simply run out of energy.

Compared to the usual results for this kind of search this site stands well above the average, and a quick visit to modernartisanmarketplace kept the standard high, you can tell within seconds whether a site is going to waste your time or actually deliver and this one clearly delivers without any false starts.
Bookmark earned and folder updated to track this site separately, and a look at findyourbestself confirmed the folder upgrade was the right call, organising my reading list so that good sites do not get lost in a sea of casual bookmarks is something I do more carefully now and this site warranted its own spot.

Adding this site to my regular reading list, the post earned that on its own, and a quick stop at explorewithoutlimits sealed the decision, the kind of place worth checking back with from time to time because it consistently produces material that holds up against a critical reading too which I really value.
Stayed longer than planned because each section earned the next, and a look at amidbull kept that pulling effect going across more pages, the kind of subtle pull that good writing exerts on attention is something I find harder and harder to resist when I encounter it on the open web today.
Even from a single post the editorial care is clear, and a stop at goldenbaystyle extended that care across more pages, the kind of attention to quality that shows up in every paragraph is what separates serious sites from the rest and this one has clearly invested in that paragraph level attention across what I have read.
Reading this between two meetings turned out to be the highlight of the morning, and a stop at peoplesprotectiveequipment continued that highlight quality, content that outshines the structured parts of a working day is doing something well beyond ordinary and this site has produced multiple such highlights for me already this week alone.
Decided not to comment because the post said what needed saying, and a stop at churnburst continued that complete feel, content that does not invite obvious additions or corrections from readers is content that has been carefully considered and this site appears to consistently produce pieces that satisfy rather than provoke unnecessary follow ups.
Nice to see a post that does not try to overcomplicate the basics for the sake of looking smart, and once I looked at everydaytrendhub the same direct tone was there too, which honestly makes a difference when you are short on time and want answers without long pointless intros.

Thanks for the breakdown, it gave me a clearer picture of something I had been confused about for a while now, and a stop at carefullycuratedfinds closed the remaining gaps in my understanding nicely, no need to hunt around twenty other articles to put the pieces together which is a real time saver.
Skipped the comments to avoid spoilers and came back later to find them genuinely worth reading, and a stop at urbanwillowcorner extended that surprised respect, when the discussion below a post matches the quality of the post itself you have found something special and this site appears to attract that kind of audience.

Took the time to read the comments on this post too and they were also worth reading, and a stop at ariabee suggested the community quality matches the content quality, when the conversation around a piece is as good as the piece itself you know you have found a real corner of the internet.

Came in for one specific question and got answers to three I had not even thought to ask, and a look at croccocoa extended that bonus value pattern, the kind of resource that anticipates reader needs rather than just answering the literal question asked is the gold standard and this site reaches it.
Felt the writer respected the topic without being precious about it, and a look at balticarrow continued that respectful but unfussy treatment, finding the right register for serious topics is hard and this site has clearly figured out how to take the topic seriously while still being readable for casual visitors regularly.
Reading this prompted me to dig out an old reference book related to the topic, and a stop at urbanfieldgallery extended that connection to other sources, content that connects me back to my own existing knowledge rather than asking me to forget it is content with continuity and this site has that continuous quality.

Thanks again for the post, I learned a couple of things I can actually use later this week, and after I went over timbermarket the rest of the site looked equally promising, definitely going to spend more time here when I get a free moment over the weekend to read more carefully.
Honest assessment is that this is one of the better short reads I have had this week, and a look at elveglide reinforced that, the bar for short content is low because most of it sacrifices substance for brevity but this site manages both at once which is harder than it sounds for most writers attempting it.

Appreciate that you did not pad this with fluff to hit a word count, the post says what it needs to say and stops, and a look at basteclay did the same, brevity here feels intentional not lazy which is a distinction many writers miss completely sometimes when they are working under deadlines.
