For a limited time only, Hotel Equatorial Penang is having its Lively Vietnam Buffet Dinner at Nada Lama Restaurant, from 18 to 24 August 2015, 6.30pm-10pm. Nada Lama Restaurant is located just near to the pool. If you know where Kampachi is, you will not miss it. One on the left and the other one on the right. It is very easy to spot on.
For the start, just head over to the salad and starters station. Fresh Vegetables and different kind of dressing can be found from the Salad counter.
For those who are lazy to make your own salad like me, you can proceed with the ready made salad. There are 6 of them for you to choose from: Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Sliced Beef, Duck, Cabbage & Banana Blossom Salad, Green Papaya Salad with Dried Shrimps, Steamed Rice Cake with Dried Shrimps, Radish Sprouts Tuna Salad and Watercress & Beef Salad.
The Green Papaya Salad with Dried Shrimps and Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Sliced Beef are the 2 items that you cannot miss.
From the Hot Buffet Selection, there are quite a number of dishes served: Steam Rice, Chicken & Egg Fried Rice, Vietnamese Style Stewed Beef, Vietnamese Stewed Chicken in Ginger, Stir Fried Angle Bean in Hot Garlic Sauce, Wok Fried Squid with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Deep Fried Eel with Tamarin Sauce, Fried Tofu stuffed with Fish Paste in Tomato Sauce, Stewed Prawn in Caramel & Fish Sauce, Grilled Duck Leg with Red Fermented Bean Curd and Stewed Red Snapper with Black Bean.
All the dishes look normal but the taste is really good. Personally, I like the Deep Fried Eel with Tamarin Sauce, Fried Tofu stuffed with Fish Paste in Tomato Sauce and Stewed Red Snapper with Black Bean. For the Deed Fried Eel, it is quite hard and chewy for some but the more I eat, the more I like it.
For Vietnamese food, how can we miss out the noodle and vermicelli? Don’t worry, both of them are covered in Lively Vietnam Buffet. There are stations for Chicken & Dried Bamboo Shoot with Vermicelli Soup and Rice Noodle with Beef.
After all the main dishes, you can start to have your dessert. Baked Cassava Cake, Cassava Cake with Fresh Coconut Slice, Jelly & Pomegranate Seed in Sweet Syrup, Green Bean with Seaweed in Syrup, Mung Bean Seed in Coconut Milk and Stewed Lotus Seeds and White Fungus. Of course, never forget about the coffee. There are espresso machines for single/double shot Espresso, single/double shot Black Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato and Milch.
It is not ended here. Japanese Cheese Cake, Suji Cake, Opera Cake, Cream Caramel, Chocolate Fudge Cake, Pineapple Crumble Cake and Bread and Butter Pudding are among those that are there waiting for all the desserts lover.
To end your buffet dinner, Ice Kacang and Ice Cream will be the best choice after all. You can make our own ice cream cone, top with your favorite ice cream flavor. There are chocolate, vanilla, coffee, yam, corn, and etc. For Ice Kacang, many toppings are there: raisins, chocolate chip, peanut, coconut slice, sweet corn, and so on. Yum!!
The Lively Vietnam Buffet Dinner is brought to you by the Vietnam Chef Tran Kim Hoang Trong and his team.
Overall, Lively Vietnam Buffet is very unique to me. I don’t really see many hotel is having the buffet dinner with Vietnamese food theme. Most of them are Western, International or Japanese. Too bad, the buffet dinner is only last for a week time, it is too short, in my opinion. It should have at least a month or at least 2-3 weeks time frame, instead of 1. Another thing, I think they should have a counter with Vietnamese Coffee instead. Vietnam is very famous for its coffee, they should have promoted it in this buffet, but sadly, there is none. Little disappointment here. For people who like Vietnamese food, just head over to Hotel Equatorial Penang to enjoy all the great Vietnamese food from the Vietnam Chef.
Lively Vietnam Buffet is priced at RM148 nett for adult and RM74 nett for child. Prices are inclusive of 10% service charge and 6% GST. For reservation, please call +604-6327073.

Honest assessment is that this is one of the better short reads I have had this week, and a look at cloudcoveartisanexchange reinforced that, the bar for short content is low because most of it sacrifices substance for brevity but this site manages both at once which is harder than it sounds for most writers attempting it.

Appreciated how the post felt complete without overstaying its welcome, and a stop at jewelbrookartisanexchange confirmed that economical approach runs across the site, knowing when to stop is a skill many writers never develop but here the discipline is obvious and welcome from the perspective of a busy reader trying to learn things efficiently.
A piece that ended with a clean landing rather than fading out, and a look at meadowharborgoodsgallery maintained the same crisp conclusions, endings that resolve rather than dissolve are a sign of careful structural thinking and this site has clearly invested in how its pieces conclude rather than letting them simply run out of energy.

Glad I gave this fifteen minutes rather than the usual three minute skim, and a look at sageharborcommercegallery earned the same investment, time spent on quality content is rarely wasted but the reverse is also true and learning which sites deserve which kind of attention is part of being a careful online reader.
Now wishing more sites covered topics with this level of care, and a look at hazelharborartisanexchange extended that wish across more subjects, the rarity of careful coverage on most topics is a problem and this site is one of the small antidotes to that broader pattern of casual or surface treatment of complex subjects.
Liked everything about the experience, from the opening through to the closing notes, and a stop at frostrivercommercegallery extended that into more pages, finding a site where the editorial vision shows through every choice rather than feeling random is an increasingly rare experience and one I am glad to have today during this particular reading session.

Different in a good way from the cookie cutter content that fills most blogs covering this area, and a stop at portolives kept showing me why, original thoughtful writing exists if you know where to look and this site has earned a place on my short list of those rare exceptions worth defending.
A thoughtful read in a week that has been mostly noisy, and a look at fondarbor carried that thoughtful quality across more pages, finding pockets of considered writing in a week of distractions is one of the small wins of careful curation and this site is providing those pockets at a sustainable rate.

Liked that the post landed without needing to manufacture controversy or take a contrarian stance for attention, and a stop at sageharborcommercegallery continued that grounded approach, content that earns attention through quality rather than provocation is the kind that builds long term trust rather than burning it on quick wins.

Bookmark added without hesitation after finishing, and a look at sageharborcommercegallery confirmed I should bookmark the homepage too rather than just this page, the rare site that earns category level trust rather than just single article approval is the kind I want to rely on across many different topics over time.
Really appreciate this kind of writing, no shouting and no clickbait headlines just steady useful content, and a quick look at portolives kept that going, definitely a site I will be returning to whenever I need a sensible take on similar topics in the days ahead and also during slower work weeks.
Worth flagging this post as worth a careful read rather than a casual skim, and a stop at cloudcoveartisanexchange earned the same careful approach, the few sites that warrant slower reading are sites I now treat differently from the daily content stream and this one has clearly moved into that elevated treatment category.
В данной статье рассматриваются физиологические и эмоциональные аспекты зависимости. Мы обсудим, как организм реагирует на зависимое поведение, и какие методы помогают восстановить здоровье и внутреннее равновесие.

A clean piece that knew exactly what it wanted to say and said it, and a look at portolives maintained the same clarity of intention, knowing the goal of a piece before writing is something most blog content lacks and the clarity of purpose here shows up in every paragraph for any careful reader to notice.
Solid stuff, the kind of post that I will probably refer back to later this month when the topic comes up again, and a look at windharborcraftcollective only confirmed I should bookmark the site as a whole rather than just this single page for future reference and use across coming weeks.

A genuine compliment to the writer for keeping the post focused on what mattered, and a look at meadowharborgoodsgallery continued that disciplined focus, focus is a editorial choice that compounds across many small decisions and this site has clearly made those small decisions consistently across what I have read so far this week here.

Came across this looking for something else entirely and ended up reading it through twice, and a look at silverharborcommercegallery pulled me deeper into the site than I planned, the writing has a way of holding attention without resorting to manipulative cliffhangers or vague promises that never get delivered later down the page.
Picked a single sentence from this post to remember, and a look at frostrivercommercegallery gave me another to keep, content that produces memorable lines is doing more than just transferring information and the small selection of sentences I keep from each reading session is one of the actual returns I get from reading carefully.

Thanks for taking the time to write this, it is clear that some thought went into how each point would land, and after I went through sageharborcommercegallery I had a better grip on the topic, real value without the usual marketing noise people have to put up with online when searching for answers.
Decided to read this site for a while before forming a verdict, and the verdict after several pages is positive, and a stop at learnanddevelopquickly continued that pattern, judging a site requires more than one post and giving sites a fair sample is something I try to do for promising candidates rather than rushing to dismiss.

A clean read with no irritations, and a look at meadowharborgoodsgallery continued that frictionless quality, the absence of small irritations is something I notice only when present elsewhere and this site is one of the rare places where everything just works and lets me focus on the substance rather than fighting the format.

This one is staying open in a tab for the rest of the day so I can come back and re read certain parts, and a look at jewelbrookartisanexchange suggests I will be doing the same with a few more pages here too, this is going to be a deep dive over the coming hours.
Adding to the bookmarks now before I forget, that is how good this is, and a look at alpinecovecraftcollective confirmed the rest of the site is worth saving too, this is one of those rare finds that justifies the time spent searching the web for once which is a relief in the current environment.
